The tray window will try to switch back but disappear anyway as it loses focus. By ensuring NSWindowCollectionBehaviorFullScreenAuxiliary is correctly set on the window (through win.setVisibleOnAllWorkspaces(true { visibleOnFullScreen: true } ) this should be fixed
