Fix incorrect decoding of macOS SCDynStore value
We were incorrectly reading the `Addresses`-key from the
`State:/Network/Global/IPvX`-dictionaries, which do not have it.
The correct place to look is `State:/Network/Service/<service_id>/IPvX`
