Change default log level from `DEBUG` to `INFO`
This will not affect `ci-runtests.sh` as the log level is set to
`DEBUG` using the `RUST_LOG` env variable. Most debug logs are not
relevant when creating new integration and running them locally,
so this is a more sane default.
